Faculty, staff, and upper-class student facilitator pairings will be determined and posted in August on this page and sent via email. Each discussion group will ideally include a faculty member, a staff/administrator, and between one and three upper-class students (FYE O-Team members and Resident Assistants in the first year residence halls).
In the past, facilitators were paired up the Friday prior to the event. Facilitators have requested to be paired earlier so that they can do some advance planning for how their session will run. It is extremely important that facilitators follow through on their commitment (emergencies non-withstanding) as last minute cancellations have an impact on the student experience. Please be aware that shifts in facilitator pairings may be necessary if last minute cancellations occur.
